Allegations

On September 27, 2016, Luckey was charged with Unlawful contact with a minor and Corruption of a minor. [1] Luckey turned herself in to police and was booked into the Berks County Jail. [1]

Her arrest was the culmination of a three-month investigation at Muhlenberg High School, after she developed a Sexual relationship with a 17 year old Male student. [1]

Luckey admitted to sending a video showing herself performing a sex act and nude photos of herself to the student via Twitter. [1]
