Starcrawler is an American Rock n' roll band from Los Angeles, California comprised of members: Henri Cash, Austin Smith, Tim Franco, and Arrow de Wilde. ^[0]

In the Summer of 2015, Austin Smith and Arrow de Wilde came together to collaborate in making music.

When the academic school year began in 2015/2016, the two decided to recruit new members, a bassist and a drummer.

One day during school Arrow saw Henri Cash and she decided to talk to him and asked: "You look cool, do you play guitar?" He was actually carrying a Tuba, but the two eventually became friends fast. She later recruited bassist Tim Franco, another person whom she knew. ^[9]

A few days after they came together, the band wrote a song called: "Ants".

So far the band has not released an EP or Album, just two songs called, "Ants" and "Used To Know".

In late 2016, they entered the studio to record their music in Analogue Tape with Ryan Adams. ^[9]

"Ants" is the first song written by the band only days after they met.

Some time in November, the song was the first to be played by Elton John on his music station for Beats1. ^[9]

Arrow came with the idea for the song after witnessing the ants infestation at Henri's house.

On November 13th, 2017, the band released a music video for their song, "I love LA".

The song would be their first single for their debut album which will be released the 19th of January, 2018 on Rough Trade Records.

Some of the members have attended and graduated from Echo Park High school, except Henri Cash, who still has another year left.

De Arrow graduated in 2017.

The band came up with the name, Starcrawler, a few days before their first show.
