Starboy Terri is an Artist,singer, and songwriter in the Nigerian music industry signed under Starboy Records. He is undoubtedly one of the fast-growing artists who has become the center of attention of the Entertainment industry in general.

He is an upcoming artist^[6] who is well related to an accomplished star Nigerian singer Tekno.

He got signed by Wizkid after he made a viral video of his recordings which he tagged the superstar singer and posted on Instagram

He also released a groovy single titled “on me” a follow to ‘shuu’.

His singles have have enjoyed relative mainstream success, as he is constantly touted as the next big thing by Wizkid.

He was able to put his talents into a sound studio mill of Starboy Entertainment and released sensational Afrobeat songs which compared with the likes of Rema and Joeboy.

He is a Nigerian Afrobeat artist currently signed to Wizkid’s record label, Starboy Entertainment. He is known to be an artist with a distinctive, soulful and mesmerizing penmanship and vocal projection that makes his work a representation of the modern classic.

His initial stage name was Stoned Teezy and he did songs to get attention, nothing serious.

He later matured to pay for studio sessions from the Money he saved up from his lunch at the age of 15 and started recording. He released singles like “Where the party at?” featuring Fresh and Remy Martins and has a 5-track EP to his name titled Outchea. After he released those singles, his music career became a thing in 2016 when he was 17, and he had to make a living out of it.

He was born in Lagos State and was raised in Edo State, Nigeria^[3].

was a student of Marine Insurance in the University of Lagos but later dropped out to pursue his passion in music.^[22]

He won a joint award together with Wizkid, Terri, Spotless and Ceeza Milli, for the best collaboration category for the song “Soco” during the Sound City MVP Awards in 2019.
