Star Ifeacho was a 15-year-old from Fayette County, Kentucky.

Star grew up in Fayette County and attended Paul Laurence Dunbar High School (Lexington, Kentucky). An athlete, he was a part of his school's basketball team. In his fee time, Star enjoyed hanging out with friends. He is remembered for his kindness and his generosity towards others.

On the evening of April 26th, Star was practicing with his basketball team when he suddenly collapsed.

He was immediately given medical attention by the athletic trainer until the paramedics arrived.

Star was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

A GoFundMe was created to help his family pay for his funeral. A nearby high school, Lexington Catholic, started a tribute poster in light of Star's death.
