Sonali Kolhatkar is the host and producer of the all-women run radio and television show "Rising Up with Sonali" on KPFK Radio in Los Angeles. ^[6]She is a columnist for Truthdig. She is also co-director of the Afghan Women’s Mission, a U.S.-based nonprofit organization that supports women’s rights activists in Afghanistan. Kolhatkar co-authored Bleeding Afghanistan: Washington, Warlords, and the Propaganda of Silence and she is on the editorial board of Exposefacts.org an organization and website operated in support of whistleblowers. ^[0]
