Sonal Vichare (born September 12, 1995) is an Indian dancer and Reality television contestant who appears predominantly on Indian TV Shows. She is best known for being a contestant in Dance reality TV show, 'India's Best Dancer'.^[1]

Sonal was born and brought up in Bhayandar, Mumbai, India.She completed her schooling from Lokmanya Vidyalay, Bhayandar. She graduated from Vartak college, Bhayandar.^[1]

Sonal developed an interest in dance at the young age.

She made her small screen debut in 2017 in the Dance Reality television Show "2 Mad Dance" which aired on Colors Marathi TV. She won 2nd runner up prize in the competition. She continued performing in dance shows and also joined dance groups, including Infinity group which participated in reality TV show Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega which aired on Sony Entertainment Television. In 2020, She participated in India's Best Dancer which also airs on Sony TV.^[17] She achieved a place among top 12 contestants in the competition. Sonal is also known as finest Krump Dancer in India.^[16].^[1][2]
