Sonal Panvar is an Indian Actress and singer who predominantly appears in Hindi television and Web series. She is best known for TV series Kasautii Zindagii Kay and Gandii Baat (2018) and Woh Apna Sa (2017-19).^[1]

Sonal was born in Himachal Pradesh. She completed her schooling from Delhi Public School in Dehradun. She is graduate of Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree. ^[2]

Sonal always had an interest in singing and she took part in many singing competitions at a young age.

She also participated in the popular reality singing competition Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.

She auditioned for the show, but she continued her acting career.

She also appeared in many Music videos and movie albums. She was also seen in some TV commercials. ^[3] She made her acting debut in the Balaji Telefilms TV series Kasautii Zindagii Kay in 2018.It was televised on Star Plus in 2018.

She made her web series debut in the series "Silsila which was premiered on Voot. She also appeared in cameo roles in many Indian soap operas, including Woh Apna Sa, which was aired on Zee TV. She rose to fame playing character of Roopa in the ALTBalaji web series Gandii Baat in 2018.^[2][13]
