Product

With Skurt, drivers who are 21 and older are free to rent a car, and they’ll all get the same rates unlike conventional car rental services (Avis, Hertz, Enterprise etc,.) that charge an under-25 fee to customers. Other advantages over traditional car rental companies include; unlimited mileage, 24/7 roadside assistance and a overall focus on providing excellent customer service. The company operates by partnering with fleet owners who have an excess inventory of vehicles in need of renters. Skurt's competitors include Zipcar, Turo, and Getaround . Skurt is led by Harry Hurst and Josh Mangel. Everette Taylor is the VP of Marketing. The product initially launched in 2015 servicing Los Angeles and is now available in Miami [3] and San Diego.
