Skunky (born June 20, 2001) is an American former ' Vine' content creator who is currently a successful YouTuber. He first gained a following as a Vine video content creator with his short-form comedy videos attracting more than 100,000 followers before the app was shut down. He's earned over 230,000 followers to his officialskunky Instagram account.

Skunky was born in Riverdale, Georgia. His real name is Joshua Kim. Skunky was born and raised in Clayton County, Georgia. He grew up with his three siblings.

He is of Cambodian and Thai descent. Skunky's sister, Elizabeth Kim, is the wife of popular "YouTuber" and internet persona Desmond English, better known as “Mightyduck”.

With the encouragement of his brother-in-law, he posted his first Vine in April of 2015 titled "How Girls be acting when they get alot of followers!".

Skunky ventured into the social media arena through the now-defunct app 'Vine.' However, he was heavily backed up by his brother-in-law, who is a popular "YouTuber." Skunky made his 'Vine' debut in April 2015, with the videos titled 'How Girls be acting when they get alot of followers!'

The video earned him moderate success, which made Skunky a little more confident about his potential as a comedy artist. He then continued creating clips for 'Vine' and earned around 100 thousand followers on the platform by October that year.

By the time the application was taken down that year, he had earned more than 125 thousand 'Vine' followers.

Skunky then turned to vlogging to continue entertaining people.

He launched his 'YouTube' channel on January 29, 2016, and published the first video, 'SCORPION HOT SAUCE CHALLENGE,' the following month. The channel primarily hosts prank videos and other random vlogs.

His first video to cross a million views was '100 WINGS MUKBANG!

W/ MIGHTYNIECY, ERMANI MONET, MIGHTY MOM,' which was published on July 30, 2018.

However, this is the only video on the channel to earn a million views.

On March 29, 2018, Skunky unboxed his “YouTube Silver Play Button”.

He has collaborated with his brother-in-law, MightyDuck, in several of his videos.

The collaboration has helped his channel a lot in gaining attention.

Currently, Skunky's 'YouTube' channel has amassed more than 365 thousand subscribers.

He is on 'Instagram,' too, where his posts have earned him over 222 thousand followers.

Skunky often posts pictures of his mother and his siblings on 'Instagram'.

He hit the 100,000 followers mark on Vine in October of 2015.

He is a skateboarder.

He has collaborated on several videos with his brother-in-law MightyDuck.
