Sister Catherine Rose Holzman (2/09/1929) was an American Nun in the state of California known for having a legal battle with Katy Perry over the selling of a Los Feliz Convent she lived in since the 1970s.
Personal Life
Holzman was born on 2/09/1929 and went on to live in the Los Angeles area since the 1970s.
She became a part of the Most Holy and Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a group of Nuns who lived in a Convent located in Los Feliz, a property they left in 2011.
Legal Battle with Katy Perry

In 2016, a judge ruled that the Nuns' selling of the convent to Hollister was invalid.
The Judge then allowed the Archdiocese to be the seller of the property, which allowed for Katy Perry to make an offer.
Perry and Archdiocese would in turn sue Hollister due to fraud.
