Personal Life
She was born in Cartagena, Colombia and attended the University of Miami from 2012-2015 taking a major in Psychology and a minor in Theatre and Marketing.[3][16] She currently resides in Medellín with her partner Camilo Vásquez.[4][17]

Silvana has gained many followers and recognition thanks to her daily training lives and her content focused on healthy living.
My stepdad getting diagnosed with diabetes and getting really sick was the first time I was exposed to the impact food has on your health.
This is when I started to get informed and watched how I was eating despite feeling comfortable with my body.
For me, eating healthy became a matter of health – not beauty.
In college, I started with taking classes about nutrition and started having a further understanding of the importance of a healthy diet and how to build a 360° healthy lifestyle.
