Shaimaa Ahmed is an Egyptian singer and actress known as Shyma. ^[1]

In November 2017, Shyma was found guilty of inciting debauchery and publishing an indecent film.

The video's director was also sentenced to two years in prison.

The video, called “3andy Zoroof,” which roughly translates to "I Have Problems", went viral in November 2017.

In the video, she eats an apple stick and a banana in a sexual way and pretends to be a teacher writing “69” on a blackboard.

Shyma had apologised before her arrest to people who took the video for the song, I Have Issues, "in an inappropriate way".

"I didn't imagine all this would happen and that I would be subjected to such a strong attack from everyone," she said in a now-deleted Facebook post. ^[0]
