Shutney Lee Kyzer (born February 14, 1980) is an American resident of Salt Lake City, Utah. ^{[7] [0]}

Kyzer attended East High School (Salt Lake City).

On July 4, 2017, Kyzer drove her car into a group of six homeless people and killed one of them, an unidentified woman, while they stood on the sidewalk near 200 South and 400 West in Salt Lake City, Utah. ^{[0] [7]}

A witness at the scene, heard Kyzer yell 'B***ch!' and she swerved and jumped the curb and hit the crowd of people in a gold Mazda. ^{[7] [0]}

Another witness heard someone yell, “Get out of the way!” and looked in the rear view mirror and saw the car run over the victims.

A witness saw one woman's body fly into the air.

A couple stopped their car and tried to give the woman CPR, unaware that the homeless woman had died on impact. ^{[7] [0]}

Kyzer then took off after the crash and headed north on 400 West.
