Shirley M. Collado is a higher education administrator, professor, and clinical psychologist. She is currently the Executive Vice Chancellor and Chief Operating Officer of Rutgers University-Newark. She was named the ninth president of Ithaca College on February 22, 2017. [1]
On July 1, 2017, she will be the second female president of Ithaca College (after Peggy Williams; 1997-2008) and the first president of color at the institution.
