Shikha Tiwari **** is a 21-year-old Disc jockey from Lucknow, India ^[0]. She is also known as DJ Adaa. In May 2017, she was arrested by the Special Operations Group (SOG) from Rajasthan for allegedly extorting money from Sunit Soni, a Jaipur-based doctor and being part of a honeytrap gang that blackmailed people to extort money ^[1].

The SOG had been tracking her since December 2016 and was able to locate her when she went live on facebook at a hotel in Mumbai.

Shikha had reportedly met the doctor at his clinic for a hair-transplant appointment and grown closer to him.

She reportedly went to Pushkar with him on a trip where she threatened him with false rape accusations and demanded money.

Once Dr Soni refused to pay her the money, she lodged an FIR against him.

The doctor was arrested and kept behind bars for 78 days before being released ^[2].

The doctor's family eventually gave in and paid her Rs. 1 crore and 5 lacs ^[1].

She then fled the state.

It turns out that going live on facebook during an event she was DJ-ing at allowed the SOG to locate her and it eventually led to her arrest.
