Shevy McGriffin was a 13-year-old girl from Clarion Township, Clarion County, Pennsylvania. She was in the seventh grade at Clarion-Limestone Jr/Sr High School. [undefined]
Death
On September 9 at around 6:45 P.M., Shevy was last seen buying a coloring book at a local grocery store, the Comet Food Warehouse. [undefined] Her parents believed she was abducted by a man in a Buick while she was walking home. [undefined] Two days later at around 4 P.M., Shevy's body was found in a small creek called Trout Run a mile away from her house by a local volunteer firefighter. [undefined]
State police did not elaborate how Shevy died and said her death is still under investigation.
Her autopsy is scheduled for September 12th.
