Mission and Values
The mission of shEOS is to add value to the entire EOS network and support the most powerful software for decentralized applications in a demonstrable, quantifiable and transparent manner.
Company and Server Location
shEOS is based out of Spain with a mainet server location in Iceland.
[5]Additional nodes are planned to be in North and South America by the end of 2018.
[5]The servers that ShEOS plans to use is the HP Enterprise ProLiant DL380 Gen 9 E5-2660v4.
Their goal is to start with maximum available configuration at colocated nodes, and then to deploy the containers on a single cluster node worldwide.
[5]Also producer and backup nodes in the same location will be in different colocation centers.

Scaling Plans
shEOS plans to add nodes worldwide on a quarterly basis assuming EOS blockchain exponential transaction growth of 50% per quarter, and they will increase the capacity of next four nodes by 50% each quarter.
[5]If the EOS blockchain growth is less than 50% per quarter, then they will adjust the capacity based on first and second quarter performance.
Team
The shEOS leadership team is made up of ten core members who are some of the most recognizable women in blockchain.
[5]They include Emily Rudolph Bush, Shauna Mei, Crystal Rose, Pamela Day, Sandy Hill, Maja Vujinovic, Nicole Boyar, Naomi Dabby, Jess Houlgrave, and Vivie-Ann Bakos.
