She was born on September 7, 2005 in the United States. She was born to her parents Harry Rudolph and Danielle Shapero-Rudolph. Her father “Harry Rudolph” runs his own business in the US while her mother “Danielle Shapero-Rudolph” works as a Principal Designer at her studio Asteri Dancewear.

She has an older sister “Rhys Rudolph” who is 2 years older than her.

She is currently pursuing her studies from a local private school.

She also focuses on her acting career along with her studies.

She began acting at an early age of 11.

In the year 2017, Shay made her acting debut from the short drama film named “Mae”.

Apart from this, she has also played the character of Becky Thacher in the thriller movie “The Adventures of Thomasina Sawyer”.
