Shaurya Shashank Umbrey (born 31st October 1995) is an Indian Actor who predominantly works in South Indian TV Industry including Kannada, Tamil and Telugu. He is best known for TV series Thazhampoo and Subhadra Parinayam (2019).^[1]

Shourya was born and brought up in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. He completed her schooling from The Oxford English high school, Bangalore. He studied at Sri Bhagswan Mahaveer Jain College and Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology. He graduated with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.^[2]

Shourya made his debut in 2009 in the Kannada TV Series Mangala Gowri Maduve. It was aired on the Colors Kannada channel. Shaurya gained recognition playing a negative character of “Surya” He made a Tamil debut in the TV series Thaazhampoo in 2019.^[14] He acted with popular actress Chandini Tamilarasan in the series, which televised on Star Vijay He then appeared in Telugu Soap opera " Subhadra Parinayam (2019)". It was aired on Gemini TV.^[3][13]
