Sergeant Allen Brandt was an American police officer serving the Fairbanks Police Department. ^[1]

Death

On October 28, 2016, Brandt died following complications after surgery on his eye after he was shot multiple times in the Line of duty death. ^[1]

Brandt was shot multiple times while responding to shots fired on October 16, 2016.

^[1] Anthony G. Jenkins-Alexie opened fire on Brandt, took his gun, stomped on his head and taunted him as the officer stood and tried to get away. ^[1]

Jenkins-Alexie then drove off in Brandt's patrol car, which was found a few blocks away. ^[1]
