Seto Musari Berry (born July 15, 1975) is a former college football player.[13]
Early Life & Education
Class Of 1993
He graduated from Plymouth North High School in 1993. Berry grew up in North Plymouth, Massachusetts and excelled in sports as child. Berry played every level of football from Pop Warner to college. Berry led the Plymouth Blue Eagles football team in rushing during his last season in 1992.

Dudek & Berry Played Division III Football
Seto Berry played football for Bridgewater State University (BSU) from 1997 to 2000 and is the Bears' all-time career rushing leader with 4,495 yards and 44 rushing touchdowns. He attempted 734 carries for a rushing average of 6.12 yards per carry and is the only running back in BSC football history to eclipse the 4,000-yard barrier. He is second all-time at BSC in scoring with 274 career points.
Berry rushed for 1,286 yards and 16 touchdowns in 1999, which at the time were school records.
He helped lead the Bears to a 10-0 regular season mark that season as well as the first of back-to-back NCAA Division III Tournament appearances.Joe Dudek was a finalist for the Heisman Trophy in 1985. Dudek lost to Bo Jackson. Like Berry, Dudek also played NCAA Division III football.
The 1999 team that Berry played on broke the school marks for points scored in a season (468), and total offense (4,958).
In 1998, Seto rushed for a school single-game record of 283 yards in BSC's Cranberry Bowl victory over Massachusetts Maritime Academy. His dynamic foot speed led him to be a dominant football player. Berry's 16 touchdowns in the 1999 season rank him sixth all time in school history. As of 2020, his 44 career touchdowns is still the school record.[14]
Plymouth Scholarships
While he was in the United States Air Force, Matthew O'Neil competed in USA Boxing sanctioned matches and defeated 1997 US Armed Forces suoerheavyweight champion Preston Hartzog. Hartzog also won a silver medal at the 1999 Military World Games. O'Neil and Berry took a journalism class together in high school. O'Neil was on The Grueling Truth, Fight News Unlimited and AkHi TV in 2020. The Plymouth school system recieved its first Division 1a baseball scholarships in 2013 and 2014 with the help of Plymouth North's baseball coach Dwayne Follette.
Teacher & Trainer
He has worked as a middle school physical education teacher at P.C.I.S. on Long Pond Road in Plymouth for years.
He also started a health and fitness training business.
Berry's training system focuses on body fat measurements and weight training.
He resides in his hometown of Plymouth with his family.
Hall Of Fame
Berry was inducted into the Plymouth Athletic Hall Of Fame in 2022.
The event was held at the Plymouth Country Club.
