Sean Vasquez is an American resident of Covina, California.

Vasquez goes by "Slick Low".

He is the father of one child.

On April 9, 2017, Vasquez recorded on Facebook Live as he fired gunshots at deputies during an intense standoff in Covina, California. ^[1] He began shooting at passing vehicles in the 16700 block of Cypress Street at about 10:00 a.m. local time. ^[1]

When police officers arrived at the scene, Vasquez fired several shots at them, striking a patrol car. ^[1] In the video he streamed on Facebook Live, he is seen running, loading a handgun and firing shots. ^[1]

He then ran into a nearby home and barricaded himself inside for several hours.

Surrounding homes were evacuated as a SWAT team responded to the scene.

No one was injured during the shootings or barricade.

Throughout the broadcast, he often apologizes to the camera as saying: "Sorry guys".

It appears that he addresses a group of friends of people who were watching the entire incident play out.
