Sean Smith, is known as Shauna Patrick Smith, is a Transgender woman from Ammon, Idaho.

Arrest

On July 12th, 2016, Smith was arrested for recording a woman inside Target dressing room. Smith walked into the dressing room dressed as a woman and begin to take pictures of the woman in the stall alongside him. Following the incident, police tracked down and arrested Smith for one felony count of voyeurism she was booked at the Bonneville County Jail. According to a witness, "“The woman was begging for help as she chased the man out the door, She kept saying she wanted those pictures deleted.” In April, Target announced that transgender team members and guests were welcome to use the restroom or fitting room facility that corresponds with their gender identity, which justified how Smith was able to enter the dressing room. ^[1]
