Sean K. Juhl is the owner of D&S Marketing Solutions LLC in Clearwater, Florida. The company is accused of running a crooked telemarketing business bilking small businesses out of money by pretending to be a government agency and intimidating the firms into buying poster signs by telling them they were going to be fined and had to buy the signs. They convinced the companies that the firm was part of Occupational Safety and Health Administration or another government agency. The firm and its owner are being sued in Federal court over their business Practices.
