Scotty Eugene Priest is a 53 year- old at-large fugitive from Decatur County, Tennessee.

Priest is wanted for several charges, the most notable being an attempt to commit an Act of Terrorism.

According to police, Priest made online threats to kill specifically named Decatur County officers, Priest is also wanted by the Parsons Police Department in Tennessee.

He is currently on the run.

On February 14th, 2016, Caseyville, Illinois Police released a post saying that Priest is believed to be in the St. Clair County, Illinois area and that he sold his car, a 1972 Chevrolet Nova.

According to police, Priest should be considered armed and dangerous.
