Scott Lane is a former staff member in donor relations and fundraising at Pace University. He received his BA in Communication at Loyola University Chicago in 2006.
Allegations
Lane was arrested at his home on 56th street close to Central Park on April 12, 2016.
He’s accused of watching a lives tream in July 2015, which involved watching a man sexually abuse a young boy.
He's charged with possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of children.
Federal authorities say that Lane told the abuser in the video to "Get the victim naked", and complained there was no "No F**king".
