Saybra Nicole is a resident of Idabel, Oklahoma. ^[1]

On October 23, 2017, a video posted to Facebook by Jeremy McCoy went viral on social media. ^{[undefined] [undefined]} In the video, Nicole is seen assaulting Jeremy's daughter, Janie McCoy. ^{[undefined] [undefined]}

The incident occurred in the afternoon on October 18, 2017, Janie was swinging with her son when Nicole and two other girls started running toward her and shouting.

Janie can be seen being struck once on the face and knocked to the ground with her son in her arms by Nicole.

One of the girls then says in the video “I don’t give a-” and strikes Janie in the face again.

That same girl later followed Janie and her son all the way to the door of her friend’s apartment, striking Janie McCoy on the back before she could disappear inside.

Janie suffered bruising on her cheek and a busted lip but her son made it out unhurt.

A petition on Change.org ^[undefined] has gotten more than 2,000 signatures to help bring justice for Janie.

Saybra was taken into custody on October 24, 2017.

She and her mother appeared before a judge.
