Savannah Williams was an 18-year-old freshman at SUNY Geneseo and was a member of the school's basketball team. She was originally from Norwich, New York and attended Norwich High School. Savannah is remembered for her love a travel, hard work ethic on the court, and for being a good friend off of it.

On December 20th at around 2:30 pm, Savannah was hit by a truck at the intersection of Court Street and Route 63. The intersection has seen several collisions in the past. Savannah was trapped inside her sedan when rescuers arrived. She was pronounced dead afterward.
