Death
On the morning of December 19th, Bile was driving on South Carothers Road and Arno Road in Franklin.when she failed to negotiate a right curve and drove into a ditch.
The car then proceeded top flip until it hit a tree where she was pinned under her vehicle.
Authorities declared Bile deceased at the scene.
She was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
