Sarah Siskind graduated from Piedmont High School (California) in the Class of 2010. She was the President of the Junior State of America chapter during her junior and senior year, and was suceeded by Konstantine Nikka-Sher Piterman.

Siskind is a graduate of Harvard University. At harvard, she was Head Writer and Senior Correspondent for On Harvard Time, the world's oldest college comedy news show. She was also Humor Editor for the Harvard Political Review. ^[undefined]
