In January 2018, at the request of 8 th District Attorney General Jared Effler, Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation began investigating allegations of sexual assault involving a Jamestown, Tennessee man. Sarah Suddarth reported that the man sexually assaulted her while she was at his home in December 2016. The investigation revealed that the incident did not occur. [undefined]
