Sarah Elizabeth Suddarth (born July 13, 1993) is a resident of Macon County, Tennessee. In May 2018, Suddarth was arrested and charged after allegedly falsely accusing a man of sexually assaulting her. ^{[undefined] [undefined] [1]}

In January 2018, at the request of 8 th District Attorney General Jared Effler, Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation began investigating allegations of sexual assault involving a Jamestown, Tennessee man. Sarah Suddarth reported that the man sexually assaulted her while she was at his home in December 2016. The investigation revealed that the incident did not occur. ^[undefined]

In May 2018, the Fentress County, Tennessee Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Sarah Suddarth with one count of Filing a False Report. On the morning of Tuesday, May 29, 2018 she turned herself in and was booked into the Fentress County Jail on a $2,500 bond. ^[undefined]
