Sarah Bulter is a 20-year-old from Montclair, New Jersey. She is of Jamaican descent.

Butler was a student who attended New Jersey City University. She aspired to be a dancer and has performed at the Apollo Theater before. Butler has been employed as a Lifeguard at the Park Street YMCA in Montclair and at Target. She has two sisters.

Butler went missing on Went missing November 23, 2016, right before she and her family were supposed to fly to Jamaica to attend a funeral.

After over a week, her body was found in the West Orange section of the Eagle Rock Reservation.

Police are investigating her death as a homicide.

Anyone who provided information leading to the arrest and conviction in her case will be awarded $10,000.
