Samantha Strauss (néeSwietlikowski) is the wife of Benjamin Strauss. ^[1]

Strauss attended Ithaca College for two years before transferring to Cornell University from which she graduated cum laude. ^[1] She received a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.

She is the daughter of Tammy Pashley of Schuyler, New York, and Joseph Swietlikowski of Herkimer, New York. Her father is a financial adviser for Guardian Life Insurance in Syracuse. Her mother is a cosmetologist in Schuyler. ^[1]
