Career and Spiritual Teachings

Teaching meditation
Sally is a disciple of the Indian guru Swami Muktananda, and spent twenty years as a teaching swami (monk) in the Saraswati order of Indian monks. [undefined] In her guru’s ashram, she received a traditional training in yoga philosophy and practice, and became a popular teacher, deeply versed in the teachings and practices of Vedanta and Kashmir Shaivism. In 2002, Sally began teaching independently.
[undefined] She is a teacher of applied non-dual wisdom and is known for her ability to kindle meditative states in her students while helping apply non-dual awareness in her students lives.

As an author, Sally wrote Meditation for the Love of It which one reviewer called "the meditation book your heart wants you to read." Other popular books Sally has written include Awakening Shaki and Shakti Meditations.
