Sabina Rouge was born in the town of Haddonfield, a borough located in Camden County in the U.S. state of New Jersey, in August 1997 to a family of French, English and Italian ancestry.^[2]

Before entering the porn industry, Rouge studied neuroscience at the University of Tennessee and was also a voice teacher.^[3] At the age of 20, she began working as a webcam model on the website Chaturbate.
