Rykel was born on April 7, 2005 in Hawaii, USA. Her father’s name is Jase Bennett, her mother’s name isRachel Bennett. She has five siblings, two brothers and three sisters.

Her sisters’ names are Cora Bennett, Klailea Bennett, Evelin Bennett, and her brothers are Shae Bennett, and Wyatt Bennett. She is the second child out of six children. They all attend The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Her dad graduated from Utah Valley University before moving with his family to Hawaii. In 2015, they moved to the Continental USA before finally settling in Heber City, Utah.

His dad is a business man, the president and founder of Jaseboards, a Hawaiian longboard brand.

She began her career in December 2015 when her mother created a family YouTube channel, named The Ohana Adventure. A week later on 29 December 2015, they uploaded their first video titled ‘First Vlog...Visiting the Best Place At Christmas!’^[1]

The video was about her mother, Rachel, introducing the whole family to their subscribers while they were on a visit to the Temple Square in Salt Lake City, Utah to see the display Christmas lights. ^[1]
