Ruby Vizcarra (born November 4, 1993) is a Mexican albino model based in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Vizcarra was born and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

Growing up she was often teased and bullied because of her skin.

She is not the only member of her family with albinism. One of her four sisters has it, as well as her paternal grandmother, and a maternal aunt, who died before Vizcarra was born.

Vizcarra is the founder of Movimiento Albino Latino, an organization that aims to educate and support albinos with the condition.
