Career

Rowaida started her career in 2005 as a Freelance writer for Home News Tribune. During 2011-2012, she was a Social Media Analyst at New Jersey Council of County Colleges and Communications Intern at America's Unofficial Ambassadors.

In 2012, she became an Associate Producer at Al Jazeera Media Network and Resident assistant at Rutgers University Residence Life.

In 2014, Rowaida served as a Research associate at Committee to Protect Journalists. In 2015 she joined HuffPost as a Social Media Editor.

From 2017 and until now, Rowaida has been a Reporter at HuffPost.
