Ross Prajzner

Ross Prajzner

Ross Prajzner is a Youtuber and Magic the Gathering player/judge from Montgomery Township, Pennsylvania.

Child Porn Conviction

In 2015, Prajzner was sentenced to three to 23 months in the county jail, to be followed by four years’ probation, after he pleaded guilty to felony charges of sexual abuse of children, possessing child pornography, in connection with incidents that occurred in October 2013.

In January 2017, Jeremy Hambly (Host of UnsleevedMedia, a YouTube channel covering trading card games such as Magic the Gathering) called out Prajzner for judging Magic the Gathering tournaments in spite of his child porn conviction. [3]

Despite his conviction, the Wizards of the Coast board game company owned by Hasbro, which appears to have failed to do a background check, listed him as an active judge as recently as 2016. In May 2016, Prajzner celebrated his five-year anniversary as a judge. He was only removed from the judge website after Hambly exposed him, but remains unbanned by the DCI—formerly the “Duelists’ Convocation International,” the official sanctioning body for competitive play in Magic: The Gathering .
