Hache was the daughter of Shanan Dionne.

Hache was reported missing by her family on August 29, 2017.

Other remains that belonged to Rori were discovered in a residence on McMillan Drive on December 29, 2017.

Police were called to the address on McMillan Drive at around 8:30 p.m. after a citizen completing some work at the property located something suspicious.

In addition to the remains, police also located a suspicious package inside the home which was confirmed as an explosive device. ^{[10] [0] [9]}

Adam Jeffrey Strong who lived in the basement apartment at the house, was arrested at the scene. He was charged with improper/indecent interference with a corpse. ^{[10] [9]}
