Ronnie Pickering is a man from Kingston upon Hull, England.

In September 2015, Pickering was filmed in a Road Rage incident by motorcyclist Steve Middleton, during which he threatened Middleton with assault and asked him if he know who he was and repeated his name several times, which became an internet meme quickly after the video went viral.
