Rodd & Gunn

Rodd & Gunn

Rodd & Gunn® dates back to 1946, when the brand's trademark logo, the English Pointer, was first used on shirts in New Zealand.

In its current form, the brand was born in 1987 when the first Rodd & Gunn store opened in Auckland and began selling coordinated casual clothing imbued with the essence of New Zealand’s outdoors.

Inspiration for each season comes from the European fabric fairs, and the brand’s woven fabrics are sourced from the finest mills in Europe—each of which has a long-standing relationship with the brand.

Whether it is a merino wool sweater, linen button up, or classic rugby jersey, Rodd & Gunn offers something for every season and occasion.

The benchmark for each garment is uncompromising quality.

Rodd & Gunn creates clothing that draws the best from nature in its purest state.

From outerwear to blazers to shorts, each piece is crafted from linens, cottons, wools, and leathers that are soft and superbly textured yet practical and durable.

The result is a collection that is completely modern yet firmly grounded in the brand’s core values.
