Roble Ali (born May 18, 1985) is a celebrity chef best known as the star of the Bravo documentary series Chef Roblé & Co.. His high-end catering company Roblé & Co. has catered to the stars and he has since become a contributor for ABC's The Chew.
Personal life
Roble Ali was born in Poughkeepsie, New York.His older sister Jasmine appeared alongside him on the Bravo series Chef Roblé & Co..
Before fame
He inherited his cooking skill from his grandfather, Jesse Harris, a professional chef.
He began cooking professionally at 15 and later studied at the The Culinary Institute of America.
Professional life
After graduating from Poughkeepsie High School, Roble attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. After culinary school Roble moved to New York City, where he developed a reputation as one of the hottest up-and-coming chefs.
He worked through the ranks as the youngest sous chef ever at Abigail Kirsch, an elite New York catering company, and alongside Chris Santos as Chef de cuisine of Restaurant Mojo and on the opening of Stanton Social. Since then, he has cooked for the likes of R&B diva Faith Evans, Rachel Dratch, music mogul Russell Simmons, and Michael Jackson.
After working through the ranks at restaurants and catering companies including Abigail Kirsch, Stanton Social, Beauty & Essex, and Avenue, Roble decided it was time go out on his own and launched his catering business, Roblé & Co.
As his catering business continues to grow, the kitchen boundaries get blurred and Roblé is pushed to his limit as a manager, a brother and friend.
With his unique team of talented chefs and event producers, Roblé creates captivating, one-of-a-kind dining experiences for high-end clientele across the country.
