Robert Fabian is considered the main suspect in the disappearance of Zuzu Renee Verk.

Zuzu Renee Verk was last heard from during the early morning hours of October 12, 2016.

^[-1]She went on a date to the movies on October 11, 2016, and missed classes and work the next day.

Police initially called Fabian a person of interest, but have since upgraded his status as an official suspect in the case.

Friends have said that he acted suspicious following Verk’s disappearance.

Verk's family have set up a Go Fund Me ^[8]to assist with the cost that will accumulate.

On February 3, 2017, Zuzu's body was found just off Wagon Road in the Sunny Glen area just northwest of Alpine, Texas.

On February 4, 2017, Robert was arrested on a warrant for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence by concealing a human corpse.
