Before the attack Robert yelled:
“I do justice.

After the assault Robert fled the scene in his car but was tracked down after a witness to the Oct. 20 beating took down his license plate, police said.
Sam was rushed by ambulance to Bellevue Hospital for treatment of his injuries. The 53-year-old judge was issued a desk appearance ticket after surrendering Wednesday at the 13th Precinct.
The assault occurred after a party where a mutual friend introduced the two men.
Robert had tried to leave the party after Robert obnoxiously tried to promote himself while drunk at a party filled legal aid lawyers and other involved in the criminal justice system.
