He was last seen on the 200 block of Sapp Street in Pekin, IL. [4]A day before, a truancy officer came to Robert's home to issue his mother to give her a truancy ticket for his failure to attend school [0]

Robert was last seen wearing a red/gray shirt with jeans and red Nike shoes.

Authorities have stated he may be endangered and a $1,000 reward has been offered for information leading to Robert's safe return home.
