Rob Jesudason is a business executive.
He is currently the Group President at Block.one, an open source software publisher specializing in high-performance blockchain technologies; this includes its first project, EOS.IO.
Early Life & Education
In 1994, Jesudason graduated from Aston University in Birmingham, England.
He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Managerial and Administrative Studies.
Career
In October 2007, Credit Suisse hired Rob Jesudason to head their financial group in Asia.
[5]While working for them, he also headed their global emerging markets FIG, where he was responsible for the Financial Institutions coverage teams across Asia Pacific, Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Latin America; and also advised CBA on its acquisition of Bankwest in 2008.
In November 2014, Jesudason resigned from that position [6]and became the Group Executive for International Financial Services (based on Hong Kong).
[6]In this role, he was responsible for managing the Group’s offshore growth in retail, as well as their and commercial banking; e-banking; and life insurance in China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and South Africa.
In June 2017, he moved back to Sydney and became the Commonwealth Bank's Chief Financial Officer.
