Rob Jesudason is a business executive.

He is currently the Group President at Block.one, an open source software publisher specializing in high-performance blockchain technologies; this includes its first project, EOS.IO.

In 1994, Jesudason graduated from Aston University in Birmingham, England.

He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Managerial and Administrative Studies.

After attending university, Rob Jesudason worked as an associate for several different multinational firms.

He spent the first four years at GE Capital, followed by four years at McKinsey & Co. ^[0]After that, he accepted a position at Barclays working as their Global Head of Corporate Development.

After spending the first 12 years of his career in London, Jesudason moved to Hong Kong to work for JPMorgan.

He was the Managing Director of their special situations group in Asia.

In October 2007, Credit Suisse hired Rob Jesudason to head their financial group in Asia.

^[5]While working for them, he also headed their global emerging markets FIG, where he was responsible for the Financial Institutions coverage teams across Asia Pacific, Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa, and Latin America; and also advised CBA on its acquisition of Bankwest in 2008.

In December 2011, Jesudason accepted the non-executive directorial position at ASB Bank, New Zealand's arm of Commonwealth Bank Of Australia.

^[0]He was responsible for the group strategy and M&A teams in Sydney.

In November 2014, Jesudason resigned from that position ^[6]and became the Group Executive for International Financial Services (based on Hong Kong).

^[6]In this role, he was responsible for managing the Group’s offshore growth in retail, as well as their and commercial banking; e-banking; and life insurance in China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and South Africa.

In June 2017, he moved back to Sydney and became the Commonwealth Bank's Chief Financial Officer.
