1. ELIGIBILITY

• The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, Australia, Canada (with the exception of Quebec) and the United Kingdom who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry. The prize shall only be delivered to addresses in those areas.

• You must have a valid address and telephone number to enter.

• Employees and former employees (and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household) of Ripley and its affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive prizes.

• THE PROMOTION IS VOID WHEREVER RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW and is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial/territorial and local laws and regulations.

2. HOW TO ENTER

• To enter the Promotion, If you have not already, using a mobile device running Android or iOS operating system, download and install the free Pokemon Go™ mobile application (the “Game”) from either Google Play or the Apple Store; While playing the Game, find a character in the Game inside or at any of our participating Ripley’s locations (the “Locations”); Take a screenshot of the character in the Game, which screenshot must include a recognizable element of the Location (the “Screenshot”); and Submit the Screenshot to Ripley by uploading it to Twitter or Instagram tagged with #RipleysGo.

• Entries will be accepted from midnight (12:00 a.m.) EST on July 14, 2016 to 11:59 p.m. EST on July 25, 2016 (the “Promotion Period”).

• There is no limit to the number of entries submitted to the Promotion.

• All entries, once submitted, become the property of Ripley and shall not be returned.

• Any incomplete entries or Screenshots that do not comply with these Official Rules will not be eligible.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS

• Daily Winners: One (1) daily winner will be randomly selected each of the twelve (12) days during the Promotion Period from all eligible entries received by the applicable selection date. Once an entrant is selected as a daily winner, such entrant is not eligible to win any future daily drawings.

• Grand Prize Winner: One (1) grand prize winner will be awarded to the entrant who submits a Screenshot featuring the rarest character in the Game. Rarity is determined by this index. In the event if a tie, the entrant who submitted the Screenshot of the rarest character first will be awarded the grand prize.

• The daily winners will be announced every day on www.ripleys.com and on our Twitter and Facebook accounts.

• The grand prize winner will be announced on Monday, July 25th on www.ripleys.com and on our Twitter and Facebook accounts.

• Each winner shall be notified via direct message on the social media platform he or she used to submit the entry. Each winner will have one (1) week from such notification to respond to Ripley to accept the prize and provide shipping instructions.

• In the event a winner is ineligible, the winner fails to respond to Ripley within one (1) week of prize notification or the prize notification is not deliverable, an alternate winner may be selected.

• The person receiving and replying to the winner notification will be deemed the winner unless he or she specifies another person as the winner.

• The prize shall be delivered by regular mail to each winner at the address provided by such winner at the expense of Ripley.

4. PRIZES

• A total of twelve (12) daily prizes, one each offered to the daily winners, consisting of a cash prize of USD $100.

• One (1) grand prize offered to the grand prize winner, consisting of a cash prize of USD $5000.

• Odds of winning are affected by the number of eligible entries received by Ripley.

• Total approximate retail value of all prizes: USD $6,200.

• Allow 4-6 weeks after validation of arrangement for receipt of prize.

• The actual number of prizes awarded is based on the number of eligible entries received.

• In order to receive a prize, winner may be required to provide proof of identification or eligibility.

• Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. Ripley reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

• Winners are responsible for any additional fees or taxes that may be incurred.

5. PERSONAL INFORMATION

• By entering the Promotion, you agree and consent to Ripley’s collection, use and retention of your personal information for all purposes related to the Promotion (including, but not limited to, processing and administering entries, sharing an entrant’s personal information with Ripley’s service providers and contractors necessary to conduct and operate the Promotion, communicating with and awarding prizes to winners, making public announcements about winners, and advertising, promoting and publicizing the Promotion).

• If you object to the above, you may not participate in the Promotion.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

• By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to release and hold Ripley and the Released Parties and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors, agents, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with (a) the Promotion or the entry process, (b) resulting from acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, (c) claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, (d) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission, computer transmissions, or for technical, electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions of any kind or (e) the inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive registration information by Ripley on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof.

7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules, laws of Australia for any disputes involving residents of Australia, laws of Canada for any disputes involving residents of Canada and the laws of England for any disputes involving residents of the United Kingdom.

• If you are a resident of the United States, you expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute under these Official Rules, your participation in the Promotion and/or your use of www.ripleys.com resides in the courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you further expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action. If you are a resident of Australia, you expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute under these Official Rules, your participation in the Promotion and/or your use of www.ripleys.comresides in the courts located in the State of New South Wales, Australia and you further expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action. If you are a resident of Canada, you expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute under these Official Rules, your participation in the Promotion and/or your use of www.ripleys.com resides in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you further expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action. If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, you expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute under these Official Rules, your participation in the Promotion and/or your use of www.ripleys.com resides in the courts located in London, England, and you further expressly agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

• The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover its attorney’s fees from the non-prevailing party.

• YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

• Ripley may terminate and permanently disqualify any entrant who, in Ripley’s sole discretion, determines as being in violation of these Official Rules.
