On Sunday, January 21, 2018, Concepcion allegedly fatally shot Sarah Alexis at her home at 10428 Arbor Bluff. [1] Police had issued a lookout for Concepcion who was driving a white Toyota Tundra and was with his 18-month-old son, Aaron Joseph Concepcion. [1]
Richard was later found with a gunshot with a self-inflicted gunshot in Guadalupe County and his son was found safe. [1]
