Murder of 3-year-old
On the evening of October 31st, Utuy stabbed a female coworker's 3-year-old "for no apparent reason."
The police have referred to the victim as 'Baby Ruby.'
His peers said that Utuy was known to laughing and talking to himself and that he was not all there."
He has been charged with murder and his bail is set to $1 million.
Police have linked him with two other violent crimes in the Los Angeles area.
